What is a Special Committee?

A special committee is allowed to be organized by the resolution of the main council in case of a special matter that is to be investigated or is related to several committees. For instance, the council may organize a special committee of budget and settlement to execute a review of the budget plan and settlement or organize a special committee of disciplines and eligibility in order to review the disciplines and eligibility of members. When installing a special committee, the period should be specified and to extend the period, a resolution of the main cecouncil is required. In addition, until the activity of a special committee is completed, the report on the results should be submitted and reported to the council. The chairperson of a special committee should be 1 person who is selected by mutual voting, and should be reported to the council. In case of an accident, a secretary may act as the chairperson.
